We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven BusinessDevelopment Executive who is eager to grow.

• Meeting developers, consultants,and contractors to get products specified and selected for their projects.
• Monitoring market trends,competitor offerings, and providing regular market updates.
• Develop new accounts whilemaintaining existing accounts.
• Constantly focusing on salesgrowth and brand management.
• Monitor market trends andcompetitor offerings with regular updates.
• Identifying market opportunities,achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base.

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• at least 2 years of businessdevelopment/sales experience or hospitality industry experience
• Must possess an aggressive andproactive approach, as this is a hunter role.
• Proficient in analytical,communication, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing multipletasks in a highly dynamic environment with a positive attitude,self-motivation, and self-drive.
• Experienced in preparing andmanaging tenders and quotations.
• Capable of handling a ProjectManagement and Project Scheduling.
