Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee billing activities between companies.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.
• Process daily bank transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and review tax returns in coordination with tax agents.
• Collaborate with finance teams for assistance and guidance.

Job description

• Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, financial and management reporting for the holding company.
• Tasked with overseeing the billing activities between affiliated companies.
• Oversee the processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Enter and handle daily bank transactions.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal controls. Support the coordination of internal and external audits.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and reviewing tax returns and forms. Support the coordination of tax filling with Singapore tax agent.
• Team support - collaborate with the finance teams under the group, provide assistance and guidance, and support the financial controller in various financial tasks and projects.
