Job summary

A leading beauty and wellness company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable and receivable, perform financial reporting, and support general ledger activities. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in accounting, relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger functions.
  • Familiar with GST reporting and IRAS submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform general ledger and monthly closing tasks.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Strong Understanding of Basic Accounting Principles
  • Minimum 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / General Ledger Functions
  • Prior Experience in Beauty, Spa & Wellness or Retail Industry Is An Advantage
  • Proficient in Accounting Software
  • Strong MS Office Skills, Especially Excel
  • Familiar with GST Reporting and IRAS Submissions
  • Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, and Month-End Closing Procedures
  • Strong Attention to Detail and High Level of Accuracy
  • Good Organisational and Time Management Skills
  • Able to Meet Deadlines Independently with Minimal Supervision
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Good Communication Skills to Liaise With Internal Teams, Suppliers
  • High Level of Integrity, Professionalism, and Confidentiality
  • Able to Start Work Immediately or Within Short Notice Is Preferred
