Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Singapore market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage and grow relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Prior sales experience in construction related industry in B2B or B2C for at least 3 years within Singapore.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the ‘Industrial’ landscape and market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, willing to be constantly on construction sites for site survey or site meeting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Team player, passionate and self‑motivated and a results‑driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Possessing a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
