Job summary

A leading manufacturer of leak and corrosion repair solutions in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer / Executive. In this role, you will develop customer relationships, prepare sales quotes, assist in sales coordination, and provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of A Level or Diploma in Engineering, with at least 2 years of channel distribution sales experience. Candidates must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills. Singaporeans and residents welcome, Malaysian and Chinese nationals can apply.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Sales Engineer /Executive to join our vibrant and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer development: Build long-term customer relationships and drive continuous business growth. Proactively develop and manage local and overseas distributor networks.
  • Quotation & Pricing: Prepare sales quotes and follow-up with distributors and customers to ensure timely closure of sales. Monitor and track local and overseas sales.
  • Sales Coordination: Assist in managing leads, preparing proposals, and updating CRM data. Generate regular reports to help drive sales strategies.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by being the first point of contact for inquiries. Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Offer sales support and product training to both local and overseas customers.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum “A” Level or Diploma in preferably Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing channel distribution sales
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a Class 3 driver’s license is an added advantage
