• Process quotations, orders, and purchase requests in CRM/ERP systems.
• Check and confirm commercial terms, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.
• Support sales teams with quotations and customer queries.
• Provide basic technical and parts support to customers.
• Follow up on pending quotations and maintain records of service parts activities.

Job description
