About the Role:

Applied Value Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to assist in delivering our mission- and business-critical application services for internal customers. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build industry-leading, highly intuitive software products that support various business functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Security.

Responsibilities:

• Own product architecture, collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to set technical direction, and create software aligned with business metrics.
• Communicate technology and product strategies effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure enterprise systems.
• Produce reliable, high-performance code with monitoring and alerting.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and standards compliance.
• Analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Debug and monitor logs to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Use logging tools and techniques for troubleshooting complex problems.
• Participate in project planning and estimation for realistic timelines and deliverables.
• Break down large projects into manageable tasks and milestones.
• Provide Level 3 support for existing products, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Refactor code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement new features as per project requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct studies on different products and tools to understand their functionalities and requirements.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience, including front-end, backend architecture, database design, and service integration.
• Experience with Frontend Frameworks such as ReactJS or React.
• Proficiency in programming languages like PHP, Hack, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM, and database design.
• At least 3 years working with microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Experience in Asynchronous/Parallel Service Development.
• Preferred experience with Cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with log monitoring in distributed systems.
• Professional fluency in English required.
