A technology services firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT Operations & Support professional to lead daily IT operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure system security. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in IT operations with a strong background in systems administration and coordination of enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing user access, and implementing security controls.
Lead day-to-day operations of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, copiers, PABX, network equipment, and CCTV systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Ensure stable operation of email, ERP, CRM, and other business systems through vendor coordination
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely access changes
Maintain accurate IT asset and access records
Serve as primary point of contact for IT vendors and service providers
Coordinate issue resolution, upgrades, and renewals
Track IT contracts, licenses, and service agreements
Implement IT security controls aligned with company policies
Monitor backups and lead disaster recovery planning and execution
Respond to IT incidents promptly to minimize business disruption
Support PDPA compliance and other relevant regulatory requirements
Evaluate, implement, and enhance IT systems and tools
Document system configurations, processes, and improvements
Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network routing and switching, firewall management, VPN configuration, backup and recovery solutions, cloud ERP/CRM administration, endpoint security, PABX systems, CCTV management, IT service management tools, ticketing systems
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5-8 years of IT operations, systems administration, or IT support
Multi-site office environment experience preferred
Proven vendor coordination and enterprise system management experience
Strong working knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT service management practices
IT certifications preferred (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation)
Accountable and dependable with strong operational ownership
Structured, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable making independent operational decisions
Calm and decisive during incidents or disruptions
Proactive in identifying and preventing issues
