Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst that is meticulous with deadlines, a keen eye for detail and good social ability in order to communicate with the staff and solve their issues quickly and without issues.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be dealing with IT affairs such as ensuring that the employees overall installation, configuration software, systems, networks, printers/scanners on employees computer to ensure that employees are able to execute their job efficiently and effectively.

About the role

As the IT Support Analyst, you will have to have good communication skills in order to efficiently communicate with the employees about their IT issues. You will also need to be able to comply with strict deadlines and have a keen eye for detail, this is to ensure that employees are able to work efficiently and effectively with their problem free equipment.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  2. Supporting, monitoring and maintaining office network systems (Microsoft 365, Trend Micro, Firewall, Hyper‑V, VMWare etc)
  3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  5. Setting up accounts and laptops for new users
  6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, liaise with IT vendors or suppliers
  7. Testing new technology
  8. Support business application (ERP, MES, QMS, SharePoint) and writing reports using SQL or BI Tools.
