Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the IT department to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functionality of all IT systems and equipment.

  2. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement, repair, maintenance, and payment of IT equipment and services.

  3. Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, accountability, and resource availability.

  4. Assist in the maintenance, support, and enhancement of in-house applications to ensure optimal performance.

  5. Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.

  6. Support site offices with IT-related matters, including procurement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.

  7. Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, deletion, access permissions, and backup of critical data (e.g., DingTalk, file servers and VPN access).

  8. Manage local office IT infrastructure and supervise the IT team to achieve departmental objectives.

  9. Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned IT tasks and projects efficiently and within set timelines.

  10. Maintain and monitor software licenses to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

  11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
