About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior/IT Executive to join our dynamic IT team at The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and IT services to our employees across our Kaki Bukit East Region office. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of hardware and software issues

2. Administering and maintaining our IT systems, including servers, networks, and end-user devices

3. Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect our data and systems

4. Liaising with vendors and service providers to coordinate the delivery of IT services

5. Documenting and updating IT processes and procedures

6. Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support or IT executive role

2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with supporting the ground

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

5. Effective communication and customer service skills to work with end-users of varying technical abilities

6. Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment

7. Relevant certifications in IT or computer science would be an advantage
