Job summary
A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team and ensure compliance with tax and audit regulations. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, oversee reporting, and drive process improvements. A degree in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 5 years' experience is required, along with strong analytical and leadership skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. This is a challenging role in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the SME manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on leadership experience in managing daily financial operations.
- Proficient in finance functions including AP, AR, GL, and reporting.

- Manage and coach the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer.
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance using ERP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.

Position: Finance Manager
Reports to: CEO
- Manage, supervise, and coach the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer to drive performance and support growth
- Oversee full spectrum of finance (AP, AR, GL, reporting) using ERP (SyteLine)
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Liaise directly with corporate secretariat and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory requirements
- Drive process improvements and cost control initiatives
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the SME manufacturing industry
- Delivered hands‑on leadership in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in ERP and MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
