Job summary

A dynamic SME in the electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, especially in SME manufacturing. Responsibilities involve managing the finance team, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations, and preparing financial reports. This is a full-time office-based role in Serangoon North-East Region.

  • Hands-on leadership in managing daily financial operations.

  • Manage the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer.
  • Oversee full spectrum of finance (AP, AR, GL, reporting).
  • Prepare accurate financial reports for management.

About the role

Amplus Communication Pte Ltd, a dynamic SME in the electronics manufacturing industry, is currently seeking an experienced and hands‑on Financial Manager to join the team.

As our Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving strategic financial decisions that support the company's growth objectives. This is a full‑time, office‑based position located in Serangoon North‑East Region.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage, supervise, and coach the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer to drive performance and support growth
  • Oversee full spectrum of finance (AP, AR, GL, reporting) using ERP (SyteLine)
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reports
  • Liaise directly with corporate secretariat and external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory requirements
  • Drive process improvements and cost control initiatives
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the SME manufacturing industry
  • Delivered hands‑on leadership in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in ERP and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, dynamic environment
