Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team and ensure compliance with tax and audit regulations. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, oversee reporting, and drive process improvements. A degree in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 5 years' experience is required, along with strong analytical and leadership skills. Position: Finance Manager

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, supervise, and coach the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer to drive performance and support growth
  • Oversee full spectrum of finance (AP, AR, GL, reporting) using ERP (SyteLine)
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
  • Liaise directly with corporate secretariat and external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory requirements
  • Drive process improvements and cost control initiatives
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the SME manufacturing industry
  • Delivered hands‑on leadership in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in ERP and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
