We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and hands‑on Finance Manager to lead the finance operations of our Laos entity. The ideal candidate is expected to have 5–10 years of relevant experience, a strong initiative, and a startup mindset to drive and implement processes effectively in a dynamic environment. The candidate will be required to work full‑time overseas in Laos.

Laos (with reporting line to Singapore HQ)

• Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations in compliance with local and group standards
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS for consolidation purposes
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and Singapore HQ on all finance, audit, and compliance matters
• Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy
• Coordinate and support the implementation of the new accounting system (Xero), including data migration, process alignment, and staff training
• Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team to strengthen overall finance capabilities and performance

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Hands‑on experience with accounting systems; prior Xero implementation experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across different levels
• Willingness to be based in Laos and work closely with both local and regional teams

• Salary: $7,000 - $8,000
