Our client, an SGX-listed company, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee group-level financial reporting and consolidation activities. This role is suited for a hands‑on finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise and experience managing full sets of accounts across multiple entities within a listed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities for the group and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Prepare group consolidation reports in compliance with accounting standards and SGX listing requirements.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support management in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for decision‑making.
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and internal control strengthening initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience, including group consolidation and financial reporting.
  • Prior experience in a Singapore-listed (SGX) company is mandatory.
