Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to develop and maintain dashboards for HR projects. The ideal candidate will support multi-stakeholder discussions, optimize HR operational processes through technology, and oversee RPA and Power Automate projects. A diploma in relevant fields and strong proficiency in Excel and communication skills are required to excel in this role. This position is crucial for driving the digital transformation within HR operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business Analytics, Information System, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR systems and/or data visualization tools is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboard to track progress of HR projects.
- Support multi-stakeholder project discussions.
- Review and optimize HR operational processes.
- Oversee development of RPA projects and implement Power Automate.
- Participate in enhancement and testing of HR chatbot.
