Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations, including picking, packing, and inventory management. Candidates must have a valid forklift license and minimum secondary school qualifications. Ability to read and speak simple English is required. This role includes the possibility of overtime as needed and adherence to attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Forklift license is required, with or without certification.
- Minimum secondary school education necessary.
- Must be able to communicate in simple English.
Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse activities.
- Handle picking, packing, and labeling of goods.
- Load and unload goods as needed.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
Skills
Education
- Work location: West area (Jurong / Tuas area)
- 5 days / 5.5 days
- OT required as and when
- Provide support on daily warehouse activities
- Picking and packing, incoming receiving, wrapping, labelling and issuing
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Stuffing and un-stuffing of containers
- Perform cycle count/stock take and housekeeping
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Forklift license with or without
- Min Secondary school qualifications
- Able to speak and read simple English
- Able to use computer for basic data entry
- Can perform OT when required
- Discipline in attendance and punctuality
