Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Payroll & Compliance Officer to manage payroll inputs, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and ensure HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in HR or Business, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll inputs (OT, leave, allowances, claims) accurately.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor TMS data and track absenteeism & OT.
  • Update HR policies, SOPs, and support disciplinary processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance updates.
