Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage recruitment and payroll administration. The successful candidate will identify and attract talent, process payroll, and ensure compliance with local employment laws. The ideal applicant has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll, and fluency in English and Chinese. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in recruitment and payroll administration to manage end-to-end HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Identify, attract, and select qualified candidates to fill open positions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent and foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Accurately process monthly payroll
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including leave management.
HR Administration
  • Maintain employee personnel files and records.
  • Update and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct disciplinary actions and provide counseling and support to employees.
Payroll Compliance
  • Statutory Obligations
  • Tax Compliance
  • Coordination with payroll outsourcing partner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Malay language is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, and payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software systems (e.g., Whyze).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
