Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 6-month HR support role. Responsibilities include assisting with programme coordination, performance management processes, and compensation & benefits support. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, possess strong administrative and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in HR, learning & development, or project support is preferred. Immediate start required.

  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

Job Description
Learning & Development / Sponsorships:Support programme coordination, communications (emails and collaterals), attendance tracking, registration, budget monitoring, and projects to enhance learning initiatives.

Performance Management:Assist in performance management processes including appraisal administration, performance review coordination, trainings and workshops, and data management.

Compensation & Benefits:Support compensation and benefits processes such as data analysis, benefits administration, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.

Competency Framework:Facilitate competency framework development and implementation through mapping, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Project Coordination:Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects and initiatives, including meeting management, documentation, communications, and progress tracking.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work meticulously under pressure.

  • Previous experience in HR, learning & development, or project support is an advantage.
