In the role of Technical Product Marketing Manager, Video, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer here at Jabra, part of GN. You will help shape the Jabra video portfolio, contributing to the development of compelling, insight‑driven value propositions and the creation of exciting & differentiated product stories & messaging. You will work closely with Product Management and cross‑functional teams to design and document “solution recipes” that address customer needs and market demands. We are seeking a unique individual with a combination of deep hands‑on technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and exceptional written communication abilities. This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about technology, customer solutions, and technical content creation.

The team you will be part of:

In this role you’ll sit as part of the Global Proposition & Product Marketing team, working alongside other product marketing specialists responsible for headsets, software & services, and more. Crucially, you’ll serve on the team that is the bridge between the product organization, the marketing function and the teams in the regions.

The role reports to the Head of Video Marketing, Global Proposition & Product Marketing based in North America.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that communicates Jabra’s unique value to technical and non‑technical audiences while shaping persona‑specific and vertical‑specific content for key use cases.
  • Create pre‑sales and post‑sales materials, including reference architectures, system sizing guides, and other various materials to support the video portfolio
  • Deep dive into Jabra’s technical features and value proposition to uncover benefits that resonate with customers, translating insights into engaging content
  • Be the go‑to for pre‑sales teams to ensure in‑depth product knowledge both at launch and through the lifecycle of the products
  • Stay ahead of trends and emerging threats, ensuring messaging and content remain timely and impactful.
  • Work with our sales organization to develop effective sales collateral and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ingest and present data on relevant topics.
  • Educate internal teams and partners on challenges, opportunities, and market trends.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders in the Video BU to ensure long term product viability by developing and executing in‑life value propositions to support regional sell‑through and sell‑out.
  • Support regional sales and marketing activities by preparing and delivering customer‑facing presentations that cover the Jabra video story and product roadmap
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you
  • Have an in‑depth understanding of the video/meeting room category including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, on both Android and Windows platforms
  • Bring experience in technical marketing and/or sales engineering (global or regional) of a minimum of 8 years.
  • Have a passion for translating technical features into compelling content and messaging
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, crafting messaging that resonates across channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to external partners/customers and internal stakeholders effectively in digital and in‑person formats
  • A self‑starter mentality with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and driving initiatives independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills, with experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create impactful marketing assets, such as blogs, presentations, and demos, for technical and non‑technical audiences.
