A growing local food company based in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic candidates to support the production of ready-to-eat meals. The role involves conducting quality checks, maintaining food safety records, and training staff on hygiene standards. Interested candidates must be keen on food production and willing to work in a factory setting, potentially including shift work. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the food manufacturing industry.
Qualifications
- Keen interest in food and production processes.
- Ability to train staff on hygiene and SOPs.
- Experience in monitoring quality and safety standards.
Responsabilités
- Conduct quality checks at each production stage.
- Maintain food safety and traceability records.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Grow with our food manufacturing division, supporting the production of ready to eat meals supplied to retail, catering and vending channels.
Actual work involves monitoring production quality, hygiene standards and product consistency.
You can expect to be:
- Conducting quality checks at each production stage.
- Maintaining food safety and traceability records.
- Training production staff on hygiene and SOPs.
- Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Supporting audits and certification requirements.
