Job summary

A leading air cargo and catering provider in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Executive to handle medical invoice processing, HR administrative tasks, and coordinate communications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec, with at least two years of experience in an administrative function, possessing excellent English skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications

  • At least two years of related working experience in an administrative function (human resources).
  • Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and process medical invoices; coordinate with Finance and manage staff claims.
  • Liaise with insurers for documentation and claims processing.
  • Coordinate Work Injury Compensation matters including MOM reporting.
  • Register employees for mandatory training and maintain training records.
  • Monitor contract renewals and submit purchase requisitions.
  • Act as LIC for IT service requests and coordinate technical refreshes.
  • Arrange fruit hampers and wreaths for employee welfare events.
  • Prepare and submit monthly departmental reports.
  • Verify recruitment agency invoices and coordinate payments.
  • Manage reminders for medical examinations and related documentation.

  • Prepare and submit monthly departmental reports.

  • Send reminders for 6-monthly medical examinations and manage related documentation
