A leading food manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with clients in the Retail and Foodservice sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of direct sales experience in HORECA, be self-motivated, and have strong social media skills. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and managing distributor plans. This position is essential for achieving sales objectives and identifying new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients and initiate contact to explore new business opportunities.
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Achieve sales objectives in assigned markets
Actively manage distributors on plans and executions
Sales will include Retailers and Foodservice (HORECA)
Manage advertising and promotion budget, pricing, incentives, claims
Strong plans to achieve business objectives
Manage forecasts, orders, customer and market issues
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential markets within the food manufacturing industry.
Min 1-2 years of Direct Sales experience (HORECA)
