A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Equipment Engineer responsible for optimizing production equipment performance and reliability. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance management, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a relevant diploma/degree and 3–6 years of experience in equipment maintenance, ideally within semiconductor or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge in troubleshooting systems and CMMS is required.
Assistant Equipment Engineer who has strong experience on hands‑on skill for repair equipment, can analysis and troubleshooting the root cause of equipment down.
Responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of all production equipment and facility systems. This role combines technical troubleshooting with equipment lifecycle management, including maintenance planning, asset optimization, and supporting equipment upgrades or commissioning. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures by the Maintenance Team; Daily line sustaining to ensure minimal downtime for equipment; Conduct training for maintenance Technicians.
