Job summary
A consulting firm based in Singapore seeks an individual to manage mobile coverage complaints and support digitalisation efforts. The ideal candidate must possess at least a GCE 'A' Level, have strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The role is a contract position based in the Labrador Park MRT area, operating Monday to Friday during office hours.

Responsibilities
- Handle mobile coverage complaints and conduct verification tests.
- Engage mobile network operators on complaints and share coverage readings.
- Track regulatory submissions and prepare reminders for non-compliance.
- Support digitalisation efforts to improve information systems.
- Process grant applications and provide administrative support.
Skills
Education
- $2,800 per month
- 11-month contract

- Mon - Fri, office hours
- Handle mobile coverage complaints, coordinate with the team on coverage measurements, and conduct verification tests to validate issues.
- Engage mobile network operators on complaints, share coverage readings, and follow up on enhancement plans where standards are not met.
- Track regulatory submissions from licensees and prepare reminders for non-compliance.
- Support digitalisation efforts by reorganising the division’s information systems to improve accessibility and retrieval efficiency.
- Process grant applications and information requests from external agencies, liaise with internal stakeholders, and provide administrative and ad-hoc support across the division.
- Possesses minimum GCE 'A' Level.
- Strong writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent, diligent and can work with minimalsupervision.
