Financial Analyst

Location: Singapore, SG, 797520 Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid Job Category: Finance Career Level: Executive

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Finance this role will support finance related activities such as budget preparation, month end variance analysis and reporting packs. This role will also be involves in conducting detailed financial analysis, providing data-driven insights reports and developing forecast to support decision‑making processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing projects revenue recognition report by working with operations teams, PMO, billing, etc (including actual revenue recognition accounting and forecasting)
  • Support & develop automated dashboard using system tools including SAP S4, SAC, PowerBI
  • Preparing and submission of annual budget, monthly financials with variance analysis
  • Preparation & Submission of monthly & quarterly business review packs and ad hoc review of similar nature to Corporate Finance
    • Monthly/quarterly financial performance to HQ via SAP/SAC
    • Monthly R&O and Cashflow forecast.
    • Business review decks (Monthly & Quarterly)
  • Analyze key business drivers (Customer, OEM, Project profitability, etc.) and track KPIs (Revenue, Earnings, FCF, Overhead, Sell Efficiency etc.)
  • Recommend to the management for any process improvement opportunities for efficiency, control, and compliance enhancement.
  • Support global projects and IT system rollouts.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by your manager to support operational and business success.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with finance qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Min 5 years’ experience in financial accounting & reporting, internal controls, or financial planning & analysis functions.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills and able to synthesize complex data and draw key conclusions
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively and drive result while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Working in a fast paced, multi‑tasking environment
  • Self‑starter with high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • Proficient in Microsoft office particularly in Excel & working knowledge on PowerBI
  • Proficient in SAP / SAC
