Job Description

To support the day-to-day supply chain or logistics activities of our customers which can cover import/ export container coordination and monitoring of the ground container and lorry operations (tally and receiving releasing). He/She is required to coordinate with customers, contractors, truckers and transporters to support the execution of these activities. He/She is also required to handle staff administrative matters together with a team of supervisors, managers and admin staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

Day-to-day support of customers operation and requirements

  • Manage day-to-day administrative matters of PESD staff.
  • Work with trucking and warehouse team for executing import/export console containers at warehouse.
  • Handle all coordination with client for import/export console containers.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth execution of container operations in the warehouse.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth execution of lorry operations in the warehouse.
  • Adhere to any agreed KPI tasks with client.
  • Any ad hoc tasks as instructed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Critical thinking and writing skills.
  • Logistics operations management preferable in 3rd party logistics, trucking, distribution or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Able to work independently and with good analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a constantly changing environment.
  • Meticulous in details.
