A leading training organization based in Singapore is seeking a candidate for course administration and training operations support. The role involves handling enquiries, managing vendor relationships, and assisting in marketing outreach. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service. The position offers a basic salary of $3600, with additional variable bonuses, and a career progression path within the company.

- Candidate with customer service experience is welcome.
Responsabilités
- Handle enquiries, course registrations, and day-to-day training administration efficiently.
- Assist with course delivery, manage urgent training requests, and generate reports for performance tracking.
- Support marketing activities, update collaterals, and assist in outreach events.
- Source, negotiate, and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the training centre’s reputation.
- 5 days / Office Hours (will required night / weekend shift)
- Basic $3600 + Variable Bonus

- Training Operations Support
- Assist with course delivery, manage urgent training requests, and generate reports for performance tracking.
- Marketing & Outreach
- Support marketing activities, update collaterals, and assist in outreach events such as seminars, roadshows, and corporate programmes.
- Supplier & Vendor Management
- Source, negotiate, and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the Training Centre’s reputation and increase course demand.
