Job Scope

• Recruit, train, coordinate, and retain volunteers to support centre programmes.
• Ensure proper implementation and compliance with volunteer policies and processes.
• Plan and execute senior volunteerism programmes and volunteer leadership initiatives.
• Organise engagement and appreciation activities to strengthen volunteer relationships.
• Support recruitment and outreach events to promote volunteerism in the community.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (grassroots, corporates, schools) to drive community initiatives.
• Review volunteer management processes and gather feedback for improvements.
• Manage communications plans and materials for community engagement projects.
• Assist with fundraising and donor engagement efforts.
• Maintain and update volunteer and stakeholder databases.
• Track and monitor budgets and expenses for volunteer and community engagement programmes.

Requirements

• Minimum N / O / A Level / NITEC / Diploma in ANY field
• Good to have prior experience
