Overall Job Purpose

Key responsibilities are staff management, inventory control, marketing activities, sales reports and meeting sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing all retail operations and ensuring productivity levels are met.
• Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of retail staff, sometimes including recruitment and training.
• Backend ordering and sales reporting
• Communicating with vendors, clients and team members to achieve business goals.
• Monitoring retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• Diploma or higher education in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Sales.
• Jovial, energetic, presentable and confident.
• Able to work independently and lead well.
• At least 2 to 3 years in supervisory role in Retail industry
• Visual Merchandising
• Knowledge of IT solutions in relation to retail operations would be an advantage (POS system, Excel, PowerPoint and Words).
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
