Executive Assistant jobs in Spain

Job Description:

• Accounting knowlwdge (AR, AP, GST Filing, CPF Submission, IR21, IR8A and Payroll)
• Handle full set of account
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Data entry for all financial transactions
• Manage work permit applications, renewals and cancellation
• Follow up with purchase or cancellation of workers' bond guarantees
• Answer phone calls
• Perform other adminstrative duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
• 5.5 days work in office (Alternate Saturday)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience is required
• Minimum certificate in Accounting or equivalent academic qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
