Qualifications

  • Manage reception, incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Support administrative functions like expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Order and manage office supplies while liaising with vendors.
  • Assist in planning company events and management meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to key management.
  • Assist the CTO with travel arrangements and expense claims.
