Job summary
A construction engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist in managing the design development in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Autocad and a good knowledge of Revit or BIM is essential. Responsibilities include coordinating design requirements and managing document submissions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of design development in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering systems.
- Coordinate system and design requirements for shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Production of shop-drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models.
- Document control of submissions for assigned projects.
- Assist in the compilation of O&M manuals.
- Prepare technical submissions.
Skills
Education
- Assist in management of design development in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering systems;

- Production of shop-drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models;
- Document control of submissions (Technical data, shop-drawings, as-built, O&M Manuals) for assigned projects;

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in Autocad skills and good knowledge in Revit or BIM
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
