A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an Engagement and Systems Manager for its Global Responsible Sourcing Team. This role will lead stakeholder initiatives, manage compliance systems, and drive continuous improvement regarding human rights and environmental practices across the value chain. The Engagement and Systems Manager in the HP Global Responsible Sourcing Team is responsible for leading stakeholder engagement initiatives and managing the development, integration, and continuous improvement of systems and processes that support human rights and environmental due diligence across HP’s value chain. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire Global Responsible Sourcing program, including both environmental and human rights components and the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights. The candidate will communicate program objectives, requirements, and outcomes effectively in both internal and external stakeholder engagements to very different categories of stakeholders, from procurement teams to workers, from industry collaborative action to internal management, and ensure these are reflected, implemented and assumable in the design and implementation of processes and systems.
