A leading industrial firm in Singapore is seeking an organized Sales Support professional. Responsibilities include preparing sales materials, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Candidates should possess strong Microsoft Office skills and effective communication capabilities. Support the sales team in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentation decks
Assist in compiling information for client pitches, introductory decks, and follow-up materials
Track and follow up on sales activities, quotations, and assigned client communications
Maintain and update sales records, trackers, and internal databases
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for sales tracking, summaries, and internal reporting
Assist in creating and updating PowerPoint pitch decks for client presentations and internal use
Support day-to-day sales administration using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across internal documents
Organise, tidy, and maintain sales and business documents in accordance with company filing standards
Assist in digital archiving of documents within company systems (e.g. SharePoint / OneDrive)
Ensure documents are properly named, stored, and easily retrievable
Support basic housekeeping of digital folders to maintain structured and organised records
Liaise with internal teams to obtain information required for sales support tasks
Assist in preparing internal summaries and reports for management review
Perform general administrative support related to sales and business operations
Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
Experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or office-based roles
Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support regional customers or suppliers
Fixed monthly basic salary (commensurate with experience)
Performance-based commission and/or bonus, subject to individual and company performance and management discretion
Allowances may be provided in accordance with company policy and role requirements

Opportunity to progress into a Sales Executive role, subject to individual performance, role readiness, and business needs
Upon progression to Sales Executive, the role may include:
Hybrid working arrangement
Structured remuneration package, including commission components tied to achievement of agreed sales targets
Reports to: Business development and operation manager / Sales Manager / Management
Works closely with: Sales, Operations, and Management teams
Role is non-managerial and support-focused
This role is open to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and eligible foreign candidates who are able to work in Singapore, subject to prevailing Ministry of Manpower regulations.
Candidates requiring a valid Singapore work pass must meet all applicable eligibility requirements.
