A leading food safety company in Singapore is seeking a diligent Quality Administrator to ensure compliance with food safety standards and support internal and external audits. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, assisting in audits, and performing data entry tasks. We are looking for a diligent and organized Quality Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with food safety management systems (HACCP) and SFA food safety standards to support both internal and external audits and provide essential administrative support including document control and data entry.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards for food safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
Support implementation and maintenance of HACCP and SFA food safety standards within the warehouse.
Assist in daily checks and documentation to ensure compliance with food hygiene protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain and update food safety documentation, records, and SOPs.
Prepare documentation and coordinate activities for external and internal audits (e.g., Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance).
Support follow-up actions from audits including corrective/preventive actions and documentation.
Keep certification records up-to-date and accessible.
Perform data entry, maintain logs, and support document control processes.
Assist with compiling reports, compliance files, and production records.
Coordinate with production team for timely data collection and audit readiness.

Familiar with HACCP principles and SFA (Singapore Food Agency) regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting or participating in various internal and external audits
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in a food manufacturing environment would be a plus.
