Job summary
A leading production company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Marketing or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in account management. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities. This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years in account management, client servicing, or marketing/advertising agency role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client business goals and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Skills
Education
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long‑term relationships.
- Understand client business goals and challenges; proactively propose APEX solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with Events, Productions, Digital, and Creatives teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of client projects.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; elevate risks early.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for clients.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., turning an events client into a digital retainer).
- Development and execution of business proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients or tenders.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals where applicable.
- Provide input on service improvements and client insights to leadership.
- Provide consistent reports and updates to leadership for all accounts.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–4 years in account management, client servicing, or marketing/advertising agency role.
- Prior exposure to events, media production, or digital marketing projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, dedicated, hands‑on and willing to go extra mile.
- Client‑first attitude with a proactive, problem‑solving approach. Strong work commitment.
- Strong sense of urgency
