Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree in Marketing, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or retail. A well-established F&B group with multiple restaurant brands is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing calendars and campaigns
  • Collaborate with operations, design, and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution
  • Analyse campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize results
  • Oversee creation of marketing content and collaterals (including proofreading and editing)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Generate marketing reports and support ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience (F&B or retail experience preferred)
  • Strong project management, creative thinking, and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
