Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, engage, and grow new business opportunities within the industrial, construction, and reseller sectors.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct product presentations and recommend the most suitable safety solutions/products to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders to meet client requirements and company objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals to help Sales Team achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in trade/road shows, and product demonstrations to showcase our brand and products.
Customer Service & Account Management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and post-sales follow-ups professionally and promptly.
  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships based on trust, value, and reliability.
Requirements
  • Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development — preferably in PPE, safety, or industrial product sales (advantage).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and close sales effectively.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing and social media tools (advantage).
  • Class 3 or 3A driving license required; own vehicle preferred (company vehicle may be provided).
