Job description

We’re seeking passionate individuals with an interest in sales and digital marketing to join our team. In this role, you’ll interact with Thai-speaking clients on social media, understand their business goals and needs, and provide customized digital marketing solutions.

Job responsibilities
  1. Contact and collaborate with new and existing Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients to improve advertisement performance and drive sales opportunities via telephone, chat and email.
  2. Serving clients by providing customized digital marketing plans and market insights for advertisers ranging from all industries in social media platforms to yield the best results.
  3. Work with vendors to support advertising customers, product consulting and coaching.
  4. Perform data analysis, suggest improvements to client's plans, and support business growth.
  5. Responsible for understanding customer trends, partner support, process enhancements and workflow improvements.
  6. Produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products.
  7. Perform other duties or task when assigned.
Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
  • Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market (to handle enquiry from Thai speaking customer and document in Thai)
