Sales Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for transformers and related accessories.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including industrial clients, contractors, and distributors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide technical recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Focus on Trafindo transformer products and sell associated accessories and components.
  • Assist in project-related sales when needed.
  • Travel for business meetings, customer visits, and project support when assigned.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote transformers and related products.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.
  • Manage and update the company’s website, social media, and online marketing platforms.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create effective sales presentations and promotional strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
