Job description
About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online business across Lazada, Shopee, other marketplaces, and our own e-commerce site.

You will handle daily operations, drive sales growth, manage content, and support marketing activities.

This role works closely with our China E-comm/Marketing Team.

Job Reports to: General Manager & China E-Commerce Team

Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Growth Management
  • Fully manage P&L performance, commercial results, and growth strategy, and manage all technical aspects of our online ecosystem
  • Identify growth opportunities to improve ROI/ROAS.
  • Prepare and analyze sales, marketplace, and traffic performance reports.
2. E-Commerce Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other channels.
  • Manage product listings, assortments, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate logistics, order fulfillment, and issue resolution.
3. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Execute online marketing activities and support paid ads and campaign planning.
  • Work with internal teams on promotions and O2O programs.
  • Assist with offline events when needed.
4. Brand & Content Management
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Optimize product pages with strong content, images, and keywords.
  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
5. Technical & Platform Management
  • Support technical needs for the e-commerce site, including UX/UI updates, payment modules, and integrations.
  • Work with China team on digital enhancements and platform improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Lazada/Shopee or other marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
  • Good communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with China Team.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Short notice period (immediate or within 1 month) will be an advantage.
