Job Title: Marketing & Promotions Manager (Nightlife)

Job Summary:

As the Marketing & Promotions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, events, and promotional campaigns to attract patrons and increase revenue for the nightclub or KTV lounge. You will lead branding, social media, influencer collaboration, and event planning, while ensuring alignment with entertainment trends and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
📢 Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the venue’s offerings, theme nights, special events, and artist/DJ line-ups.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor strategies in Singapore’s nightlife scene.
  • Define target audience segments and build brand positioning strategies accordingly.
🎟️ Events & Promotions
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute theme nights, seasonal parties, live performances, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with DJs, entertainers, promoters, and external agencies to enhance event visibility.
  • Track event performance and ROI for continuous improvement.
📱 Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with regular, engaging content.
  • Plan online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive footfall and bookings.
  • Engage influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and nightlife bloggers to promote the venue.
🤝 Customer & VIP Engagement
  • Develop customer loyalty programs, birthday packages, and VIP member benefits.
  • Oversee reservation promotions and customer retention strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with high-spending clients and corporate groups.
📈 Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing KPIs: footfall, conversion rates, online engagement, etc.
  • Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
🧾 Regulatory & Branding Compliance
  • Ensure that all promotional content complies with Singapore's advertising and licensing regulations (e.g., Liquor Control Act, Police Licensing).
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital and physical promotional materials.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in nightlife, entertainment, or F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s entertainment industry and current trends.
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during live events.
