A leading company is looking for an accounting professional to manage data entry, accounts payables, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Accounting & Finance, relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. You will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with GST regulations, along with being part of a supportive team that offers various staff welfare benefits.
Job Description
1. Data Management
· Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
· Process invoices and payments in a timely and precise manner.
2. Account Management
· Handle full spectrum of accounts payables and receivables.
· Prepare and maintain general ledger records.
· Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and prepare necessary schedules.
3. GST Management
· Prepare, submit, and maintain all GST-related documentation and filings in compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Others
· Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
· Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
Job Requirements
Salary Package
Basic ($3000 to $3500 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives
