A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to support Client Advisors and gain experience in investment execution and portfolio administration. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years in wealth management, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include client onboarding, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining excellent service standards.
As a Wealth Management Associate, you will work alongside senior Client Advisors in a client-facing support capacity, gaining hands‑on experience in investment execution, portfolio administration, and day‑to‑day relationship management.
Support Client Advisors and Team Heads with client onboarding, documentation, data entry, and post‑meeting follow‑ups.
Prepare meeting materials, portfolio reports, investment proposals, and review packs.
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain CRM data integrity and support administrative workflows.
Coordinate calendars, travel schedules, and meeting logistics.
Provide coverage during Client Advisors' absences to ensure uninterrupted client support.
Liaise with compliance, legal, and operations for account onboarding and KYC processes.
Track pipeline activity, prepare reports, and support internal communications.
Assist in client events, pitchbooks, and business development efforts.
Maintain high standards in administrative efficiency and documentation accuracy.
Learn core advisory principles and portfolio construction techniques.
Assist in preparing market updates, asset allocation ideas, and product recommendations.
Participate in internal investment forums and contribute to discussions.
Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and KGI internal risk and compliance standards.
Escalate concerns or deficiencies in a timely and appropriate manner.
Monitor account documentation, payment instructions, and client activity logs.
Maintain ethical, compliant behaviour in all interactions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g. CMFAS Modules).
2–4 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client‑facing financial services.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and comfort with fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environments.
Fluent in English; additional regional language(s) an advantage.
