Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a professional to support event planning, administrative duties, and finance management. The ideal candidate will have at least a diploma or A levels, with strong communication, data handling, and administrative skills. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations related to graduation requirements. The position offers a salary of $14 per hour with working hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting is a bonus.
  • Good writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong integrity and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and implementation of events and finance.
  • Assist in administration of grants.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and implementation of events, awards, finance, and administrative duties that support team.
  • Administration of grants.
  • Support in matters related to graduation requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., staff, faculty/associate faculty, teaching assistants, students, and community partners) in fulfilment of the above mentioned responsibilities.
  • Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Period: January to June 2025
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Clementi
Salary: $14 per hour

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or A levels holder with at least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Proficient in handling data and data entry preferred.
  • Some experience and knowledge of finance and accounting will be a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (MS 365, Word, Power Point, Excel etc.).
  • Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
  • Good coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to manage and work independently.
