  • Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties.
  • Support production team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain proper filing and organize documentation.
  • Efficiently manage documentation, including printing and filing.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries from calls and messages.
  • Request quotations and negotiate contract terms with partners.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties, including but not limited to invoicing, data entry, document filing, invoice verification, and preparation for payment
  • Support production team to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Maintain proper filling and organize documentation such as daily production record and monthly production report.
  • Efficiently manage documentation, including printing and filing
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries incoming phone calls and reply WhatsApp.
  • Request quotations and negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties and operational support as required or assigned by the Manager.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of documentation
  • Any other roles/duties as assigned
Job Requirement
  • At least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experiences
