Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in the educational department, including scheduling classes, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Support the enrolment process, including managing student data, applications, and payment tracking.
  • Prepare claim forms, invoices, and other office documents.
  • Handle correspondence via email or phone when required.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers)
