Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an attentive individual to assist with client onboarding and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include reviewing account documentations, data entry, and providing support to team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and has at least a GCE O Level/A Level education. Experience in the financial industry is a plus. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review account opening and ensure documentation is in order.
  • Perform client onboarding data entry.
  • Conduct clerical functions like scanning and uploading documents.
  • Provide administrative support to team members.
  • Advise TR/Marketer on account opening and data input.
  • Ensure CDD and source of wealth documentation is in place.
  • Support team in checking signature updates.
  • Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing of account opening and ensure all documentations are in order upon opening, eg: Individual, margin, SBL, Corporate and Estate.
  • Client onboarding data entry eg: account opening, static updates.
  • Able to perform clerical functions of scanning, uploading of documents into databases and packing the files for storage in warehouse.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
  • Provide advice to TR/Marketer relating to existing and new account opening as well as static data input.
  • Ensure all the CDD and source of wealth corroboration documentations received are in place.
  • Provide support to other team regarding checking of signature updates.
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
